Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want this to be easy to understand before you pay. This policy applies to purchases from The Algo Trader, operated by Patel Alay, trading as The Algo Trader.

1. Algo Automation Basic Course

• Before access is given: cancel and get a full refund.
• After access is given (course material, recordings or session links shared): no refund.

2. Weekend Mentorship

• Cancel 7 or more days before your batch starts: full refund.
• Cancel less than 7 days before the batch starts, or after it starts: no refund. You may move once to a later batch, subject to seat availability.
• If we cancel or postpone a batch: you choose between a full refund or a seat in another batch.

3. Trading software and bots

• Before the licence is activated: full refund.
• After the licence is activated: no refund, because the software has been delivered. Trading losses are not grounds for a refund.

4. Payment errors

Duplicate payments, or payments taken for a service we could not provide, are refunded in full.

5. How to request a refund

Email or WhatsApp us with your name, the product, the payment date and the payment reference. We confirm eligibility within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

6. Your rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under Indian consumer-protection law.
